Can anyone help I have a 1.6 xe and im looking for the engine no I written all the numbers of the block and head but vauxhall dealer still says that these are not correct can anyone help

Will a Corsa 1.6 reg number do instead?

I need flywheel bolts head location lugs crank pulley stretch bolt I've used arp and sad head and bottom end bolts for everything else but dealers want a reg and I'm fitting the engine in a classic mini and want to do it right but I thought all 1.6 xe were the same I suppose I could use some one else's engine no my engine has the coil pack on the end of the head and I think it came from a 96/98 car thanks for all your help

You will have an X16XE then but mechanically it is identical to a C16XE which I have (donor reg L124EOG)
The differences are in the electrical bits and ancilliaries
