Oil catcher tank problems / location on xe with carbs

Where's the best place to put the oil catcher tank iv got xe in carbs but not sure the best place to put one or best one to buy any ideas

I think you're supposed to have it going upwards slightly from the rocker so it doesn't act as a drain-off should any oil enter there

I mounted mine on the rollcage strut brace (where the firewall would usually be).

You can get them as Bailey tanks that sit where the header tank sits but on the drivers side, matching tanks look excellent and that space is usually free when on carbs.

The bailey tanks aint cheap at £119 but it would look nice I think I will save me pennies up for one thanks for help

Header tanks come up second hand for £80ish so the pair for £200 for a smart looking bay is well worth it

I allready have a baileys header tank so i guess I'm going to have to get the oil tank aswell ��
