P2G are pretty good but if it's with a foreign courier there'll be delays in actually finding out wtf is going on by which point it's too late and already moved on elsewhere lol

Let me guess, you paid sod all for a 3-5 day service. In order for them to do it cheap they will make use of their network. They probably have a regular flight from Brussels to Ireland, and not one from East Midlands to Ireland. And the important overnight space on the lorry on the ferry would have been used lol

Nope it was next day delivery and was miss directed apparently according to ups why would they waste there time and money send it half way around the world unless they are homing wheels and are heading back to neik lol

Oh I see.

You will probably need to falsify a few documents and tell some fib's to support your claim, but hopefully it wont come to that.

Well ive got no idea you would do it on sr steels. Ive had to make a claim in the past with parcel monkey I vot the value of wbat I sold the item for but lost £30 on what I payed for the service so ive learnt its better to over value so you still get somthing out of it

When I deal with my couriers they ask for a copy of the sales invoice or payment record for that item if there's an issue. If the two values don't correspond its enough for them to refuse the claim, as upon booking you click the box which reads... I confirm that the value of goods that I have declared is correct.

Agreed though they do probably have a threshold which they pay out upto without quibble, and if you only over-quoted by the shipping fee pleading ignorance would probably work as a defence.

Well ive not gone ott and valued it at a silly amount but I will be £20 up for the inconvenience but still a set of wheels short if tbe worst happens

the problem lies in the barcodes/labels that you print off from parcel monkey/parcels to go etc, when we have done the collections for day, we tip the parcels on a belt, with three or four sorting trailers, yours has ended up on european air freight lol
