Hi all I am stuck refitting my wiper motor and seeking assistance please ..

' I see in haynes that the motor arm can be removed but I'd sooner not, and it does feel seized on anyway

My question relates to the large rubber grommet, which side of the hole does this fit, is it on the other side to the motor? Can it all just be forced through the hole while fitted using brute force and a screwdriver ?

Cheers Andy

Just undo the nut on the motor the linkage are getting rare and if you break it it's a mission to replace it I sell most parts I've stoped selling them

just hold the linkage close to the nut when you undo it
not sure on the rubber but if one side is bigger than the other I'd think that was the engine side

Cheers, I can get the nut off the motor just not the arm. As you say I don't want to break it

but this is fine if rubber is engine side I can leave it all attached

any chance anyone could show me a picture of the motor from the cabin side?

cheers
