Halfords paint is shit for colour matching. i have a mistral grey car and when i tried a bit of spraying i may as well have used yellow the colour match was that bad. I ALWAYS go straight to vauxhall for my paint (and the right laquer comes with my paint)

if you order the paint from vaux and it requires laquer, it will come with it.

if you go to your local auto paint supplier they will normaly mix you a paint in a spray can and normaly they not only match the colour they usaly match the shade as most paint fade i recently did a job on my mums car and they did a perfect match a large spray can was about ?11.00 but it was worth it for the colour match.

Always use a decent primer.
