As above ladies and gents my oil pressure, and battery voltage gauge fluctuates when ever I start the car and when I rev it they seem to go up more like a rev counter and then just go mad lol I've been told this could be a bad earth but I thought I would post up on here first to see if anyone else has occurred this problem in the passed and what they did to permantly fix this minor issue?

Voltage shouldnt fluctuate too much, though if everything is operating fine, ignore.
As for oil pressure, this tends to fluctuate when hot, but hold good pressure when cold? (normal)
I found when going from my 1.2 (with SR dials) to a std GSi the gaues all sat lower anyway.

The oil pressue on mine used to jump around until I put a new sump on it and cleaned up the oil pick up. Now its all clean inside with clean oil the pressue is stable.
