Idle control valve and air flow metre would be first to check, also are your plugs a decent condition and what are the plugs like?

Is it running dizzy or coil pack btw?

Sound will try idle valve first, it's dizzy, plugs looked fine, when had head off to change valve seals and new valves, going to change all service parts soon, just had new fuel filter, will have a look at idle valve, is there any test u can do, did look clean inside when I sore it last
