Clutch release bearing

Anyone have a decent release bearing for 20seh and f18 box....

Just buy new not worth messing about with used ones

I can't find one, my local motor factors only sell them with complete clutch kits and eurocarparts don't seem to ever have them in stock

i just found a website that seems to have it in stock and had a list of what engines it suited.
seh was among that list.

So have ordered it and hope for the best
