great pics thanks a lot, yea bit of a mess all pipes etc
there is a sensor in the loom which is described as an air temperature sensor does any body know where it goes the pictures above don't show it?

and the part to the left which has the 2 vac pipes going to I need one of those if anybody has one?

The air temp sensor is almost like a dummy sensor, it just seems like a plastic threaded bung with 2 little wires (just a resistor I assume) Anyhow it screws into the back of the inlet runners (under EFi badge)

I had a few inlets kicking about as spares, I'll see if I have that part you need.

The part on the left with the black and grey vac pipes got broke on my old e16se so I just joined the 2 vac pipes together. Never had any running issues. Same for the air temp sensor never had a plug in the loom for it so it got left disconnected. I had it sat on my coffee table for years until I moved house recently

If I can't get one I will join them together, there is a plug in the loom and the sensor was there but can't find where it goes
