1.4 SRi Engine mods

Right im getting a 1.4SRi engine conversion done on my 1.2, just a few things i wanted to know 1st, like on the 1.4sr you can put the 1.2carb head on, can you use the same 1.2carb head for the sri :?: Also what other mods can be done to the sri engine which dont break the bank, people that have chipped there sri have you noticed any difference or had it on the rollers after its been done :?:

if you put it on carbs you can't chip it as there is no injection system to chip

the SRi head is waay better anyway so theres no point

the SRi puts out 85 bhp in standard trim

they are supposed to respond well to decatting and free flow filters which if your fitting to your 1.2 is ideal

if u use the original SRi manifold and downpipe and a GTE center section u get rid of the cat - and a center section is prolly cheaper than buying a decat pipe anyway
