Interior rear quarter panels?

Are 3dr hatch rear quarter panels the same as 2dr saloon panels? Could I fit Gsi trim in a saloon?

I think so it's 4/5 doors that's a problem

Yeah rear quarter panels are the same, its just the back rest on the rear seat that is different on hatch interiors to 2 door saloons
