HI,
what does your nova weigh?
How is the balance front / rear?
Slicks?
LSD?

I think without stabi you can drive at the front 140(N/mm) and rear 160-180(N/mm)
On my hillclimb nova i run 160(N/mm) front and 200(N/mm) rear with a low helper 12 (N/mm) rear and 20 (N/mm) on the front.

Hm, ok without any informations it's very dificult to take a recommendation. Do you now the Setup of your new shock absorbers?
I think begin with lower springrates. 120 front and 140 rear. so you have a hard but not a not driveable setup with sport shock absorbers.
Or talk with your seller from the shock absorbers and ask him, which kind of spring rates do you can use with it.
