Forum layout???

I was just thinking about changing the way the forum handles replies.
At the moment, newest replies for each message are at the top.
Shall I make it so newest replies are at the bottom? that way you can just read down the page.

yep kev...that's the best way of doing it...that's what UBB does and most off the other message board programs.

When I upload all the new upgrades, there will be the option of footers for the forum!

What about the way the Corsasport site does it, that when a post is replied to it shuffles it back to the top of the forum?
