Intercooler pipe work

Right I on with changing my charge cooler to an intercooler so bought an frontera one. Question is what size pipe work is best. Will be also adding my other bits like evo 5 chips, VXR injectors, bigger fuel pump and reg. poss an xe inlet cam dunno if it's worth the hassle with belt off an that. Then will be hybriding the kkk turbo

2.25" if space is tight otherwise 2.5" is what most people go for.

What size is the standard top had?

Around 2" I think, it is a strangle point - consider upgrading it

That was my next question mate. Thing it I like the turbo cover but will have to lose it

Courtney sport IIRC do a bigger one that fits under the turbo cover, can't imagine it's cheap though
