I am looking for a pic of Bosch distributors mounted onto a 1.3/1.4 engine. I am trying to fit a race modified one to my sr rally engine and need to see how it fits.

early ones are slot drive, later ones are peg drive, apart from that, they all mount with the same horseshoe shaped bit of metal to clamp the dizzy in place

It's not the drive that's the issue, but the clamping. This one has ears on it to bolt through, my old one was just a clamp. I think I may need to grind off part of one of the ears as it's hitting the stud that the clamp fits on.

That's it exactly, it's what they use on stock rod race engines etc.

I've Sussex this now. The issue I had was caused by an incorrect cap, meaning I couldn't get the dizzy in the right place to set the timing. Now that's sorted the normal clamp works just fine!
