corsa b 1.2 8v

i have been given a corsa b 1.2 8v wanna mess about with it could i put a nova 1.3 sr cam in it and would it make any improvements

Yes it will fit. but hardly worth the effore as you will be limited by the horendous SPI system. better to swap the whole head and manifolds so you can use the SR carb too.

Thanks mate does my spi use a electric fuel pump and if so how do I go about bypassing it?

there is a tuning guide for the 1.2spi

you could get a pressure reducer to fit in the fuel line, cos if you tried to use 1.3 bits, you'll need to fit a carb tank...

ps. a single old carb will not be a decent gain if you don't do other stuff to the engine

also, the 1.3 sr cam most likely won't be peg drive, so it won't fit
