There's no need to keep it clean, it would look wrong.

They're very safe, You only have the ability to do the speed limit, and with big metal bumper you won't be the one suffering damage.

Series Landys also have Aluminium Bodys so no rust there.

They also so easy to repair, and so accesible. No need to jack it up to get under, and you can whip the bonnet off in seconds, along with the roof.

They're also bomb proof, they have the ability to drive virtually anywhere and they're quick. Mine will do 0-30 in roughly 5 seconds.

They're also got more space, seats and ability than you'll ever need.

They don't look bad either

tbh mate ive worked on 1 and true like u said it was dead easy 2 repair
this 1's main prob was the leaf suspension had come apart sorted it out no probs :!:

I say buy a defender and slam it on 20"s with a huge ICE install, funky graphics, pearl orange paint, skyline straight 6 keeping the 4 wheel drive, new interior maybe BMW............ :wink:

Why not have a huge ICE install, you get yourself a nice Power Take off and run a generator, You'll be able to power any amount of ICE.

Why have a straight 6, when you can have the best V8 ever made?

Sorry Chris, but off-roading is boring!! Mate Alex bought a Land Rover like the ones you posted pics of. Had nothing but problems with it! Electrics, Carb, everything was shit on it! Got rid of it in the end!
Went "off-roading" with him once, what a waste of time! You cant go fast! Cant go down stupid banks or drops or anything exciting! Waste of time!
Sell your Landy and buy a Moto X bike and have some real fun "off-road"! Or go and ride some of the National Downhill tracks on an MTB! :D

Not a bad little setup, RSTs were terrible though unless "played with" a little. Nice bikes to ride, but 16" frame was still huge and felt a bit cramped.. :?

get a tractor, you can have a riot in them lol, dragged 8ton of wheat, with a 3 ton trailer up a bank that i wouldnt take a landy up, with slicks on the tractor. diff lock and wheel slip apleanty lol


pulling wheelies etc is good fun. they are also go karts. hit max speed in no time (even in top 64th gear lol)

I used to do comp safari rallying with a mate and it was a great laugh. Propper nuttas in chevy powered Landys caining it around a quarry..sweet.
