so after being "nudged" in the right direction, I suppose I'll get to introductions and will have to be forgiven for not being a 'car nut' n will have no real clue as to what need to happen under the bonnet of my car, but it runs and quite nicely i might add. after a long trip from the lakes to London i finally have in my possession a white 5 door hatchback nova lux plus, body works a bit on the old and frazzled side but with replacement doors a back arch panel and a few more touch up spots ill have it looking sexier than oiled up Megan fox with her head in an turbo engine, (although in that thought i'm not sure how many would be looking at her **** n how many would be eyein' up the engine) the steering wheel has to go i know the huge thing should essentially make it a smoother drive with no power steering (stop me from reversing into 2ft walls :-S) but i feel like the classic comedy little old lady sketch, of not being able to see over the steering wheel with my arms stretched out to the max, lucky for me i already have the perfect "Jay size" steering wheel with a blue trim which will sync up nicely with the blue LED gear stick topper I'm set on buying, this item is the second sentimental thing to merge into what is the body of the most sentimental thing I've bought, the car itself. so as you've all probably guessed by now I'm not a car buff, I'm not a track girl with a need for speed. I'm just a girl who traveled the length of the country to set a basic spec nova, so everyone i know asked why?? so here's the reasoning i grew up with my grandad owning a white hatchback nova having lived at my grandparents a fair few years this meant it was the car i traveled round in most days, when i was 16 my grandad gave me the car so that when the time came i could learn to drive and straight away have a car obviously not yet being legal it was kept on the family field and hence was drive round said field. so the car i learnt to drive it....then some lil *#@£"%$£@%$^%$^% stole it, at the time i remember thinking who the F@#k would want to steal a nova?!?!?! then i met my first love.... yes a boy! but i fell in love with this boy about the same time he got a red convertible nova. coincidence?!?!? we'll never know! :-p but what is clear is my love for novas became like a secret crush, like the that friend of your mums that if anyone heard your thoughts you'd get a clout round the head! i wanted the old banger back, the boy racer wanna be car, the tin can with no vvvrum!! so my history of cars aint been great as ive more been a car sharer, or a city life with no need for one. so I've abused my mothers ford fiesta, wrote off 'the source off a friend nearly broke' citron saxo then on my return to england last year bought (got given a spare key for money) a cavalier and as wonderful as it has been to me and i have grown quite attached to it over the last year it wasn't a nova and i wasn't going to be happy til i had a white hatchback like grandad use to have so i memory of Johnny Davidson, I'd like to introduce you to JD, welcome to the family lil man!!! xxx

Poor JD Has been waiting patiently outside for my insurance to end on the cav, but today was our first day out together n may I add it was B.E.A.UTIFUL it felt weird dropping in engines size but the ride was so much smoother who'd have ever guessed it. N never thought id find anything to fit the saying but yes... "fits like a glove"
