changing from c20xe to c20let

big of a long shot really but im running a standard c20xe on a f20 box if i was to buy a c20let engine what would i have to change or would it just be a case of putting the block in?

As well as switching the lump you'd have to find somewhere for the inter cooler, and turbo piping
