I have been offered a set of mini wheels for my nova. First of all are wobble nuts safe?

Secondly, what size wobble nuts would i need?

Thanks

mini wheels are 4x100pcd so wobble nuts wont be needed. its the offset you might have problems with.

I've been running wobble bolts for 2 years, As long as they are well made then they are ok.
Mine make 2mm either way. Which i believe is the safest you wanna go.
And it's only the washer on them that moves, not the top like alot of people think.

What pcd are mini wheels?

Isn't centre bore the problem with Mini wheels?

4x98 iirc... its more important to sort out the hub spigot size than the pcd.

are we talking about a new or old mini? ive fitted old mini wheels before with standard bolts.

Austin Rover Mini PCD is 4" which is 101.6mm.
BMW Mini PCD is 100mm with a 49mm offset and centre bore is a fraction too small.

Mini centre bore size is 67mm and Vauxhall is 56.6mm so you will need Spiggot rings.
The 1.6mm difference in PCD could put extra load on standard wheel bolts and the shoulder may not sit right in the recess.
