You would get a lot more if you atleast covered or painted it, it looks a little, well, shite, if honest, but would look 100% better with a bit of carpet or a lick of paint........Just a personal opinion..Sorry

to be fair. ?100 without carpet/finished or ?150 finished all depends how old it is how much it cost to build etc.

how about just paint it a nutural colour so someone else can cover it how they like, will make it look better when someone buys it.
