Iv done that like 5 times, they are wet when I take them out. Iv defo got fuel because I cranked it with out the plugs and can see if spitting out the plug holes and iv got spark on all 4. Just find it funny when cranking it like kicks back. I'm guesting it's trying to firer?

Dunno. I run TB's with coil pack. Sure somebody with turbo can confirm or somebody with so LET Haynes manual handy.

I cant make sense of that.
Is the dizzy cap stamped with numbers? If so then just match them uo.
No. 1 on dizzy to No. 1 cylinder (cambelt side)
No. 2 on dizzy to No.2 cylinder

And so on.

If youve got no3 on the dizzy to cyl 2 then theres your problem.

Defo a timing and/ or firing order issue. Check the plug order, then check the timing....

No I haven't checked the timing but when it was removed from the car it was in before it ran fine. I haven't done anything to the engine to affected the timing. :S

Then it's your plug leads then as it's fireing out of sequence that's why you got back fire to much fuel and delayed spark

Spot on. Glad you've sorted it & a simple fix.
Normally look to deep & don't check the obvious first!
