nova let electrical problem. please help

I have a on going problem with my c20let nova. When started iam getting 11.6v where it stays untill i rev it quite hard then i get 14.4 v. The battery indicator sits at a quarter untill revved then once revved sits at half. Ive tried a new battery which didnt help. Also the alternator is new last year. The lights are constantly dim what could be the cause of this?,:mad:

Thats the next thing to try benn ran outta time today. Might order a new one and see. What else could i try? Thanks.

Does the battery light work?

Yes it does i know the blue/white is the return loop for it. So must be ok.
