need the torgue settings mains and big ends plz

[Rage]

Main Bearings Stage 1 50nm Stage 2 45 - 60 degrees

Big End Bearings Stage 1 35nm Stage 2 45 - 60 degrees

this is from autodata i don't know if anywhere else has any different info
