I've been given a sunroof to replace my leaky one In my loon and my neighbour says it's for a nova but it's nothing like the one in the loon. or are they're different types? the one in the loon just pops up however this one slides too. any help is appreciated cheers charlie

Sorry can't find a pic, but it just goes up in the roof with about 10 screws or something that's it.

Ok mate no worries found one online, hopefully the bolt holes are already there. Just needs a clean up and a handle to control the roof with

That's a factory Nova tilt and slide roof. I don't think they used these as std in saloons. Although EPC shows saloon shells with the factory sunroof recess, I've never seen one in the flesh. Show us a picture of the current one in your saloon, I presume it has an aftermarket sunroof fitted.

There was a saloon in total Vauxhall years ago with a tilt and slide roof the only one I've ever seen but its a roof skin change job to fit it to yours if yours is a pop up type

there are 2 types tilt an slide like the above an the other type that pops up you cant swap them as they are both different sizes

Tilt and slide uses a completely different roof skin and roof supports,

Cheers guys look like I'll have to try and repair the leaky roof then
