my coilovers swap for your spring and strut suspension

Got some fk coilovers on my nova, they've done less than 1000mile (they are still on at the moment). Pretty good comfort wise and shocker rebound wise. But iv no need for them and want some uprated shockers with maybe -40mm drop springs. Aslong as they work and dont feel like im driving a rock then age/make isnt a problem.
Will also consider corsa springs too.
