her car is going away 2night to get bodywork done so me m8s toeing it for me as i'm at work can you toe without a front bumper or will the poilce pull you for this?

You will be fine towing without a bumper, its no problem in itself, just make sure you have your "on tow" sign and your hazards etc work.
