Hi just wondering if anyone changes the valve springs when fitting cams to an 1.4/1.6 8v?
and where can I get some?

also I need to do the hydraulic lifters and was wondering where I should go up buy some? Is eBay good enough?

Can supply springs, lifters etc. What spec is the cam?

most cam manufacturers sell springs as well. depending on the spec of the cam/engine they are not that important.
