Has any one used gravi tex spray stone chip before? Is it any good? Does it paint over ok?

use it all the time at work its great stuff it does paint over good i would prime it though
I've found it can shrink over time.
I'd say the 3M stuff is better due to being rubberized
Its only for outside of sills,and front panels etc that are seen.
Do not use this stuff as a rust protection.
It paints over ok yes.

The floors etc have been zinc primered first just need to put some protection on
Then don't use that.The clue is in the title-stonechip.
Use some proper rubberized sealant.Something like raptor truck guard by 3m.

You dont want this anywhere you can see unless its really low down. Ie somewhere you dont care about the finish.
I would only use it behind the bumpers and sills on a nova. Tbh. If it wasnt there to start with I wouldnt really bother anyway.
I've used stonechip on the entire floorpan of my Nova and it's been fine resisting stonechips and protecting it against corrosion. Used a 3M product very similar to Gravitex.
I wouldn't have any concerns adding a thick layer to the whole floor.
