NitrousVaux

Hi all,
After months of working out the problems, I finally got my x16xe to start and run. I have managed to find what I think is the VSS signal for the car and got all of the plumbing in.
After taking it for its MOT, it failed on emissions and it hunted a bit on idle in the garage.
I have just started taking it apart to clean out the idle control valve and check the EGR valve.
I have flashed the codes and got the list below (code numbers to be added later)
EGR Valve x 2
Secondary Air Pump (not fitted)
Immobilizer (yet it starts and runs poorly) ( I think this may be that the VSS is not wired up correctly.)
And one more to be added later.
I have taken the inlet apart and set about cleaning the EGR, idle control valve and replacing the throttle switch as I have heard problems can be had from poor signal reading.
I have timed and retimed the engine a number of times and I have pretty much got this right I think.
Anyone got any ideas of other items I can try with the inlet coming off??
Ta very much.
