what's the best way to paint this?

etch primer first then high build primer

or

high build first then etch primer?

Etch then hi build. Is that Craig's old one?

Etch is acid based to eats in to give the best hold.

Then chem metal to rebuild the bit to cover the cam belt..... ;)

it came out spot on tbh :) just waiting on the crackle paint now

and make a start on refurbing the plug cover red with polished letters pad :)

finally got round to finishing my xe cover :)

pretty cool paint tbh :) but you need a tidy heat gun to get the effect :)

leaving it to dry on its own is a no no :lol: works better if you help it with heat :thumb:

just waiting on custom plug cover and chrome bolts :)
