I tried at my local vauxhall (fakenham) thurlow nunn with my png club card and he pretty much laughed at me-nearly chinned the jobs worth! Tried to charge me £49.78 for 4 astra vxr spark plugs!! You can get them for 32 delivered off eBay

You can get 'trade club' via MIG memebership which is subtly different, giving you discounts on service parts/fluids but not general parts.

Best way I've found is just to ask for it, there's one round here that'll put it through as trade if you ask.
