correct poundage rear springs on nova c20let

Whats the right poundage rear springs to use on my stripped out rear nova c20let? At the minute iam using fk rear shocks and custom 100mm rear springs but it feels skippy when cornering hard. I was thinking would the gaz rear coilovers work ok @ £180 ?

I think most people use 300lb springs

To be honest mate having it that low will make it skitish on the bends. Ultra low springs are more for looks than performance. If your gonna run that low I'd invest in some decent shocks or coil overs .
