Hi all,

I am reluctantly selling my Type R as I have bought a more heavily modified version so am going down that route instead. I have owned the car for just over 12 months and in that time it has been really well looked after with regular cleaning and polishing. Previous owner had it just over two years.

The car has covered 35k miles and has MOT until June 2014. The car was sorned at the end of September as I am making plans for my new car.

The car has all the usual GT extras plus the following options/mods:

Honda Satnav/HFT
Honda CD changer
19" Rage alloys with decent brand tyres
Eibach 15mm lowering springs
Eibach camber bolts with FRSU
Type R grille badge and side decals
Type R mats

The bodywork is in very good condition and there are no car park dings down the sides. I had the front bumper, bonnet and wings resprayed at an insurance approved body shop in December due to stone chips.

Car uses very little oil and VTEC engages fine. It has recently had the spark plugs replaced to ensure it was running at its best.

Now to the bad parts:

The car has previously been recorded as a Cat C write off but was repaired before I bought it. The damage was to the front passenger corner but has been repaired well. The car had a fast road set up at a specialist and all tracked up fine, drives perfectly straight and true with no adverse tyre wear.

Small cigarette burn in drivers seat (I don't smoke so must have been previous owner).

Only one key.

Bonnet was previously touched up by previous owner to cover stone chips and the body shops paint has reacted slightly with this (hardly visible and difficult to picture). Body shop refusing to deal with it so have just left it.

No service history. Myself and the previous owner have serviced ourselves regularly and I have used Millers oil for the engine and also replaced transmission fluid with Honda MTF when I bought the car. Valve clearances were checked by a specialist at 33k miles.

All wheels have slight kerbing.

I will miss this car and wouldn't be selling if my ideal car hadn't come up for sale.
