Description:
Up for sale is my much loved Vauxhall Vectra Estate. This car started outas a CD model but has had all the styling tweaks and interior comforts of thehigher level Gsi model added during the course of its life. It also has other addedstyling and performance upgrades which I will list further down in the ad.
The car starts on the button every time and is an absolute pleasure todrive. The v6 engine provides lots of reliable and manageable power andprovides a great burbling note from the stainless steel exhaust system. Theengine itself has recently had a full service (oil, oil filter, spark plugs) aswell as a new water pump and coolant flush.
The car has also been lowered on coilovers providing a firmer ride andimproved handling characteristics over the standard wallowy setup. It alsoprovides a more aggressive and sporty look.
Inside the seats have also been replaced for the Gsi’s body huggingRecaro bucket seats, both front and rear continuing the sporty yet comfortablefeel.
Being an estate it still has all the versatility you would expect with alarge boot and the option to fold the rear seats should any extra room beneeded.
As you can imagine the car is now 13 years old and is showing some smallsigns of age primarily the odd stone chip and a small amount of kerbing to thefront wheels but there are small signs of rust appearing. (usual places likethe rear arches). I can assure you that these are tiny signs not the usual fullblown rot. Pictures can be provided of any area of concern upon request.
