C reg nova 1.2 16000 miles good base for a project

Here I have my c reg red nova 1.2 that has only done 16000 miles. good bit is 2 owners from new and got 16,000 on the clock and look genuine by its condition. its got two stamps in the service book at 9000 in 91 and 12,000 in 95 and I've look on the online mot history, other than in the last year or two it had only done 20 odd miles each year from I think 2006 to 2010 it Is in good condition underneath has some surface in place but but very clean I brought it off the local scrap yard as the key were lost for it and the bent the drivers door open to get in it they also jabbed the fuel tank to drain it. its seems to be genuine because steering wheel gear stick and pedals are just some of the parts that look like they done that many miles. but I brought to do up and drive but have changed my mind. Is still a complete original car the bad bits that I know of is it needs one rear arch both doors both wings possible front valance and a small patch on the front of n/s/f sill not big little bigger than £2 coin will also need a lock set as has been damaged
there is also no mot or tax on it but only ran out of mot last month

car is located in launceston Cornwall on the Cornwall/Devon border looking for 400 Ono purely because of the rare parts on it that are on it included in that price will be a pair of doors one really good and ones ok
i also have a pair of rust and dent front wings available separately. Any questions pm me and happy to send pictures of specific areas
