Wideband? Budget?

Hiya chaps anyone know anything about wideband? thinking of hooking one onto my V6 so when im on the gas see whats going on. Ive seen a few kits on egay Innovate for abour £150? yay or nay? :)

IMO the aem is the better unit due to the easier to read gauge and the sensor doesn't need to be calibrated
