banded sr steels on mk2?

Has anyone ever seen a set of banded sr steel wheels on a mk2 hatch or saloon?

Have a set my I was thinking of fitting to my mk2 sr that are grey centres and silver dish, unsure if it will suit mk2

That's the wheels (unbanded) that were fitted to a mk2 SR so I would think it would look pretty good

Yes I know but never seen a set banded on them, was curious if its ever been done

Is there a build thread for the famous white mk1 sr with the banded steels?

Brets/ Alex j's old white sr hatch had some on, as did Dave Romes more door loon.

I think the look of them is among the sexiest steelies you can find, but I hate them sticking out the arches like that!

Only massive issue i have with banded steels is they won't ever balance up right, and give vibration no matter how hard you try, ask Dave Rome, that's why he git rid.
