Anyone had experience with these engines?
Im going to be changing my 2.5 v6 for one of these but im after a little tech on them,
Mainly what do they run like on 2.5 management and do they run ok on nitrous.
the 2.5s seem to love it so im guessing a 75bhp shot wont hurt to much?

Only makes the same power as a none turbo so no point

Has hobbit ever had his on a dyno, im just curious on whether the engine will actually perform right on 2.5 management
iirc Hobbits is a mismatch of of the 2 engines, 3.2 bottom end on 2.5 heads & inlets, with the 2.5 management

Yeah Hobbits are 2.5 heads.
The 3.2 will be fine on 2.5 management, just use a adjustable reg and a wideband to get it spot on, The c25 inlets are well tuneable too.
V6's love nitrous!
Mine only made 175 at the wheels on the rollers, but I don't think the fueling is right.

What did it equate to at the fly then dude?
Im gonna see if I can borrow a wideband to get it set up, where should they be 12ish?
No idea what wheel hp would be, but power started dropping off at about 5k
Only makes the same power as a none turbo so no point
less power I think lol
Hotbit, don't you use the cav inlet on yours? I'm sure I read once that was a pretty crap flow compared to the omega/3.0 inlet...
Did consider swapping for the vectra inlet, they look prettier too.
mine runs, c25xe ecu, inlet, heads, x25xe rocker covers, and z32se bottom end.

Mmm I have a Signum 3.2 V6 elite to break and a vectra GSi which I may break. Mmmmm my brain is going crazy now with possible plans on the cavalier GSi!
or if anyone has a nice complete C20XE and F20 ill do a deal :)
