Hi I have been doing some research about fitting a astra gte master. Cylinder and servo to a nova to stop long brake pedal travel with v6 front brakes and helps with rear disc conversion locking up is this true? And has any one used these parts? Thanks dan

You can fit the servo, but you'll have to cut an weld the bar on the back that connects to the bit under the dash in a nova. But you dont really need the servo, only the MC.

You'll need a early non abs MC from Astra or Cav, That will bolt on as they use a straight bolt pattern.
But the brake lines will be around the wrong way. (nova have the rears at the top and fronts at the bottom, Astra/cav have the front lines at the top and rears at the bottom) So you'll need to remake your brake lines.. But i believe that to be it. as i've looked in to it as well.

I am toying with the idea of using a different master cylinder with single outputs for front and rear so I can pop an adjustable bias valve on the rear line to prevent rear disc lockup

the way I did mine was I used a nova gsi servo, tigra master cylinder and astra gte pressure regulation valves. never had any problems with locking up. hopes this helps

The astra master cylinder has 2 out puts one for front and one for rear do you just put a t piece in to brand lines to each of the front? Thanks dan
