Does anyone know of a good place to have injectors cleaned. Maybe a no for ASNU? My local place say they can check them not clean em. Thats ?25 + vat to tell me theyre F%$KED!!

I had mine done in a place in Warwick, which unfortunetely is miles away from you. Cost ?10 each to have them cleaned and checked. Took a couple of hours. I can find the name and number of the place if you want to send yours there?

Send them half a dozen or more injectors and they will clean the lot up ultrasonically, test them for:
sealing when shut
spray pattern
flow rate

And then report back to you on which are the best to use.


DONT think that if you send 4 injectors off you will get a matched set back, they vary far too much for that with age, for example,
I sent off 8 injectors, 2 were leaking, 1 had a flow rate too high, 1 had a flow rate too low and 4 were with tollerances.

Thats AFTER being cleaned up.
