Does anyone have a guide or manual on how to strip and rebuild a F10/13/15 Gearbox ?.
If so is there any way I can have a copy please.

There is the diagram in the early haynes manual but I am not sure it would be detailed enough on how to rebuild one? If you haven't got it give me a shout and I can take pics of it.

That would be of some help as I only have a newer copy of the Haynes.
Thanks Marc69

get the light blue one. I did a full box rebuild years back with one, it was my 1st ever gearbox strip & it is a very good guide.

Not many Haynes books full stop in Czech.
If someone could copy the pages for me and send them to me I would be very thankful.

The competition build manual gives you a "guide".

I have a Question do both the blue Haynes manuals have the full gearbox brake down and rebuild or just one as there is one which is from 1983 to 1987 covering 993cc 1196cc 1297cc and the 2nd blue one which covers 1983 to 1993, 1196cc 1297cc 1389cc 1598cc and then the green one which I know dose not have this info in it.

My blue one has the later additions and covers the 1.2i/1.4/1.6 etc, so you need a light Blue one published after 1992

mr phunky, you just need the light blue one that covers the 1.6 version, then between the regular gbox section & chapter 13, you'll have all the info you'll need

Working on sort a light blue manual out but may well arrive after this weekend that's why I still need a emailed copy of the appropriate pages as I plan to do the gearbox this weekend.

If I had a backup version of the blue one I would have sent you the bits you needed but sadly my old blue copy is dead :(
