Ahh really thats a shame. Was alright down there when i used to pop down when i was at uni in derby.

probably police & council shutting it down, like ashby folville(?) by scaring the management with mostly baseless threats involving obstruction, planning, noise & nuisance..

Can't say i'm upset it's the last one ever.

On my way home I have great pleasure doing just under the speed limit to slow that ****s down that seem to be in a rush to get there.

If it's closing down completely it's a bit of a shame. Been a few times on bike and there was always a good turnout of different machines. I'd of thought it was far enough away from peoples homes and being near a main road and railway line that noise and nuisance issues would be non existent. Hope it's not a sigh of things to come. Could be Squires or the Ace cafe next!

It's not the fact that MFN is quite a way from main roads, it's the stupidity of people driving there.

Been out today and got home about 7:45 the amount of nice looking top end modified cars that are out around MFN is great. However the ones that stood out were the ones being driven far to quickly down the main road to and from MFN (which is a 40 and 30 speed limit).

It's always going to be as normal, the few spoiling it for the rest.

Didn't realise it was the last ever, wish I'd have gone now for old times sake. MFN then down to Nevo after, those were the days lol

I bet it's been a lot emptier since the start of Cloud9 cars meet at Ikea down the road on the same nights which is far nicer and free.

Far better and with less (or more refined) idiots!

Oh and it's NOT the last MFN EVER, it's the last one of the year and the last one organised by Ignition Shows.

The dates already set for the first show in 2014.
