Dash plugs

Can any one tell me what wire is what on the dash plugs the one on my car is a 12pin and the one on my dash has 14 pin

I take it your changing a mk1 to a mk2

Yes I think so bit of a long story got a 1.4 mpi but the shell is a 1.2 the original lume was a pile of s##t and I switched to twin 40s
so I got another 1.2 carb lume but the dash plugs are different and I would like to still use the dash with a revcounter

Just get a GSI dash which has a rev counter ;)

Should be just be a case of matching color for color and the 2 missing from the loom will be rev and oil pressure iirc rev is green and oil Brown white I think

That is what I was going to do but all the colours are different. Just wondering if there are any bright sparks on here new what the colours are on each plug
