Sadly I'm delivering the beer D: you lucky York folk will have the greatest beer in the North coming to a pub near you soon! I cant remember all the pubs I'm going to except The House Of Trembling Madness, be hard to forget that one, Golden Lion and a few others in the town centre also the York CAMRA beer festival! Two of our beers won great taste awards! Keep an eye out for Sonnet 43 beers, more importantly keep an eye out for a silver VW Crafter with Sonnet 43 on the side, I don't know York at all!

The Golden Lion is right in the centre - used to play music gigs there every week a few years ago; its a fantastic pub.

Be careful with the pedestrian only streets and traffic restrictions - the traffic wardens are horrendous!

Kent14sr - The Golden Lion took all 6 of our core range beers, looks like a decent pub but was one of the most awkward ones to get to. Had to park at the housing estate (ST Andrewgate) which had signs saying no parking at any time lol had no choice though as I couldn't even get close to it and didn't know it was pedestrianised after 10:30 as the ****er in the office didn't inform me of that. I didn't get a parking ticket though thank ****, was talking to a delivery man and he said the traffic wardens were lenient with delivery men.

Only saw 1 loading bay in the whole of York city centre :o and it was full (including a car ffs) being honest today was a bit of a nightmare, I thought Newcastle was bad to drive around but York wins that crown by a mile!

Lol Limp, I've paid towards using this site surely I can advertise some fantastic beer for free lol list of pubs worth visiting if anyone's interested
