Fuel Tank!

Can you get tanks new and if so where from??! Mines just started weeping tonight from what looks like somewhere under the strap , bugger!

all standard 1985 hatchback 1.2l carb , has fuel return pipe , I lifted the strap with a screwdriver to see and its all rusty under there! rest of tank has been oiled every year for the last 20years with a sponge aswell!

Had bowls under it lastnight, this morning it seemed to be coming from the tank seam, fuel weeping everywhere! so had to drain the tank, Nova Down :(

Got a tank but not new can ask if one available new for you? Take its 3 door?

It was looking so hopeful southie from the pics on their website! but rang em up and no luck, a good new contact for me though, cheers mate!
