Wouldnt think so it might fit but it wont fit right. I think the c14se has the extra tensioner pully. If it doesnt have it, and it has the standard cam pully it will fit no problem.

C14se is a post 91 engine and should as standard have a tensioner. Unless someone's removed it and fitted a shorter belt

its defiantly has no tensioner and defiantly says c14se on block
