If I was you I'd just get some chips of beards from Oldham and that's about as good as it gets, not a live mappable set up really

What sort of gains are you looking at with that chip and are the hard to install

Take about an hour to fit, if you've never open one up, there is a how to on mig web, should see 270 on a decent motor

Would I be better buying a up rated ecu or just chipping the one I have

Depends whether you want to spend £80 or £800?

Also depends if want to go towards 300 or above 300bhp and if engines built to suitable spec.

Kkk26 hybrid turbo, kkk16 won't last @ 300, phase 2 eds chips were alway good with 260-280bhp or phase 3/evo5 chips for 300bhp. If want over 300 then should look towards fitting steel rods. Are you on arp rod bolts atleast?
