What size fuel line should I be running from the tank to the throttle body and back to the tank on a 20XE Nova? Just about to buy all new lines for my track car. Will be going inside the car most of the way.
Cheers

Ye 8 mm copper pipe or there is a better quality copper alloy pipe also, or braded ss pipe all the way is what most racers do like so

Becomes costly that though micro bore about £39 b&q 25m roll with tradepoint card cheaper at Clifton plumbing or plumb centre would think

I used micro bore 8mm you can get it very cheap on eBay and its good quality IMO
I used plastic 8mm ID lines for under the floorpan and 8mm ID rubber for the ends/engine bay/tank joins.

I would personally use AN-8 to the pump, then teflon lined stainless braided AN-6 throughout the car.
If you are running them inside the car and not hard piping it make sure you use a teflon lined pipe. Rubber will breath and fume you out.
Go to the scrappy and take the fuel lines off a Corsa B
The blue plastic ones yeah? I once went to the scrappy intending to get those, then realised it was stupid because of how cheap this plastic pipe actually is: http://www.ssldieselparts.co.uk/plastic-nylon-tubing-p-330.html
