So in my mad quest to make all sorts of electronic bits, I'm looking at making an abs sensor to speed pulse converter.

I need to scope the range of wheel sizes for the code.
What I would like from you guys:
On flat level ground, measure from the middle of the wheel to the floor in mm.
Please post the measurement on here, along with the tyre size and if known the tyre pressure.

Cheers girls.

If I had that much of a huge palm I'd have to toss off a horse just to make myself feel manly

I thought it was to measure your ring to see if alex's finger would fit after the post earlier lol

810mm. Good thing I have a hole in the floorpan.

Tyres are set to Merris/burnout pressures.

On my 15" wheels
At 28-29 psi
It's 173-180 mm from the floor to centre of wheel.

Note I have 3 different makes of tyre hence reason for difference in measurements.
Different brands of tyre have different rolling circumference.
Ie a falken tyre @ 225/35/18 part worn has a bigger circumference than a new Pirelli of same dimensions.

There are far too many variables in this exercise to get a solid answer. I.e tyre brand, gauge accuracy tyre wear

I dont care about the silly fine details. I just need to get the range of your average setup so that the hardware and code can be specified to suit. Fine tuning will be done by the user.
